Got Grandsons results

My daughter went into the doctors and asked for the details of grandsons results the Doctor had only told us they had improved at his appointment. We were told the normal range is up to 5-65. The first test his ALT was 339!, the next test which was only just over a week later was 94, I know this is still too high but much better. The Doctor said he did not know why it had improved, my daughter has started to cut him down on high fat and sugar things but surely it would not have made such a bit difference in so short a time?
