I have received my latest cholesterol results and have managed to reduce my reading from 7.5 to 5.3.
I have a drs appointment tomorrow to discuss what I do next. I am pleased with the result but it has not been easy and feel that I cannot sustain it long term. The constant checking and worrying about what i can eat is a nightmare.
