What are the lipid numbers? How is your general health?

General health is fine just need to cut down on suger and crappy food what do u mean by lipid numbers?

OK, What is your cholesterol or total cholesterol?

Lipids are ,LDL, HDL ad many more, you will have this in the printed blood test!

OK, no problem. WE wait for results. Your doctor can do a risk analysis on the blood test results and offer you guidance for a life style change and regular exercise. You can use food as medicine to control your cholesterol.

you say 'cut down on suger and crappy food' I suggest you cut out sugar and crappy food' Replace with as plant based diet and do at least half an hour solid exercise every day, you will se a huge difference.

Cutting out foods high in sugars and high in fats, replace with fruit and vegetable alternatives. Check out some medicines on alldaydr.com/ they've really helped me achieve quick results with minimal effort. :)
