Anyone have different blood pressure readings in different arms .Mine is 100 left arm and 130 right arm . I wonder if this is because they removed my radial artery from my left arm .

I can't comment on any differences which may apply if you have had the radial artery removed in one arm and you should ask your own doctors about having noticed this difference - especially as it is quite a large difference.

I had an aortic graft to repair a dissection and my cardiologist is more interested in the systolic pressure in my right arm than he is in my left arm. He wrote to my GP noting that he wants my right arm systolic BP to be below 130, and commented to my GP that there is a difference between the arms. I did a bit of looking around on the net and found a few articles where it said that if the difference between your arms was more than 10 then you should get it checked out - but I can't remember if the articles said that a specific arm was normally higher than the other (e.g. "left usually higher than right" or vice versa).
