Pomegranate, fruit and skin (skin dried) has been used in medicine in Sri Lanka for many years.
Am taking some each day but not the amount shown in the trial

Thanks for that Markl60, I have found most of these great things that are done by fruits such as Pomegranates, tart cherries, and blueberries have their vitamin C content to thank for much of their efficacy.
This is why the Pauling Therapy is so effective.
There are a number of foods that decrease platelet aggregation (stickiness), the number one is probably Pomegranite another is Kiwi fruit both have good levels of Vit C
Thats the diet that recommends chicken and pork and tells people to not eat beans ?
