I also don't want any medication. I walk 30 minutes before breakfast. Post on my fridge the food I can not eat. Then I bought a kit to take my own cholesterol readings. So far so good.

Very well done.
What were the readings and what are the reading now? Is the home testing kit expensive?

Thanks.

Cholesterol is necessary in human for many things and play an important part is cell development and cell functions.
Your number 2.6!
You many need to check at the chemist, (cost 10 pounds or free) or at your doctors just to make sure the numbers are correct and the calibration of your home testing kit.
The food you are avoiding is helping you, in my case I do use butter, coconut oil, full cream milk and eggs.
