With my age, the cholesterol is also rising. Is it obvious or I need to check this out? can anyone suggest me good diet clinic in Delhi.

Go to heartuk.org.uk as they have lots of diet information including diet fact sheets in 4 Asian languages. They also have a dieticitian available on a Friday (10am - 3pm uk time) on a Friday - 0345 450 5988. She is also on a live Asian TV channel on sky this morning in channel 808

Diet Clinic in India?

Eat plenty of veg and fruits. Cut your cab, cut your sugar intake, do regular exercise.

Please do not waste money on a food advice person.

Thanks for your suggestion bala. I think you are pretty much right. but i am worried about the age factor. immunity will not remain similar for each age group.
