There is still hope for mitral valve prolapse patients

Here's a little bit about my life. As a child, I was diagnosed with an off-beat heart and then later told I had a heart murmur. As early as I can remember, I could never lie on my left side for more than a few seconds before I would experience chest pains. And in high school gym class, I could never run more than about 1/2 mile without experiencing those same pains. My condition didn't bother me much, since I wasn't much of an athletic person anyway. I could pretty much live a normal life without any difficulty as long as I wouldn't overexert my heart. Well, as I reached my 30's, I went into my physician for a checkup and he told me that I had a mitral valve prolapse. That was the first time anyone had told me that. He performed an ECG and confirmed it. Now here's where things changed dramatically for me. In my late 40's, I was given a very good book on staying healthy. In that book, it recommended drinking alkaline water. I never heard of alkaline water before, so I researched it out and found some pretty good testimonials. They recommended a supplier for an alkaline water machine, which I then purchased. That was over 8 years ago. For a few years now, I'm able to lie on my left side without pain. And I can run many miles without any problems from my heart. I haven't been to a doctor for over 10 years, which I probably should do, but I feel so good and think it might just be a waste of time. I had given a lady at my church water from my machine for about a year. She had always had a mitral valve prolapse, too. She told me a few months ago that when she went into the doctor for her checkup, he said, "I don't know what you're doing, but you don't have a mitral valve prolapse anymore." Needless to say, she was pretty excited! I think that's probably what happened to me, too, though it hasn't been confirmed. As a 57 year old teacher, I feel that I have really been blessed to have found this kind of water. I'm able to lift weights and stay in great shape at my age. It's really funny when I outrun my high school students in our annual fund-raising jog-a-thon! So all that to say that there is still hope. If you would like more information regarding alkaline water or a very good supplier, feel free to contact me at davejonsn@gmail.com and I will return your reply as soon as possible. I'm certainly no expert, but if i can help you live a healthier, more productive life, I'd love to do that for you.
