Now lets see a graph showing the relationship between health opinion in this country with regard to fat and time in terms of years. Nice flat line I would imagine for the next 20 years

The problem is that every one work to guide lines and no ne wants to look out side the guide lines. When will the guide lines change? Who will take the first step.

The day an NHS dietician stopped me making my comments I realised that I am on my own!

In my own way I have managed to stay away from medication for three years, how long more, only time will tell. Had Annual review with GP practice nurse today. Blood testing has changed, the print out I get is very different to three years ago, there is no more fasting blood test.

NHS is talking about money spent, Lunch time news this was discussed. if they look at the food plate and change it and a few avert in the media may help to save money!

Butter, chees, blue milk, coconut oil, fresh food ( Not fresh chicken !) , vegetables and fruits.
