Why not just eat these foods and save the money to buy the following? They all contain L-Arginine Amino Acid!

Red meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, seeds, nuts, whey, leafy vegetables, and fruits.

Thanks. I do eat those foods. Thought the supplement might help. Not having much luck reducing blood pressure and cholesterol.

Regular exercise can help to reduce BP slowly!, it is had on the tread mill at the beginning, you can see results.

I do circuit classes 3 times a week and walk most days for an hour.

try niacin B3 the flush type it works for me and my family good luck

How much do you take and does it cause flushing. Can it cause problems with the liver etc.

for niacin to work you must take at least 2,000mg a day and it must give you the flush but that goes as your body gets use to it start of with small amounts read the book on niacin buy Dr Abraham hoffa it will tell you all about niacin b3 my cardiac and lipid consultant told me to try niacin but i knew all about it before and know problems to the liver read the book it will open your eyes take care now
