Stopping Smoking

As you may recall, a few weeks ago I lay my soul bare on here with regard to smoking. Here is an update.

I have been successful in cutting down to ten a day or less and am now ready to take the next step to five a day. With support from the smoking cessation clinic I will then stop for good. Thank you all for your encouragement.

Being a long term smoker the clinic advised my best route was to reduce cigs and maintain then reduce again. It works for me and hasn't been to hard to do. I am surprised at myself!

I stopped 5 years ago, and I found it easier to stop cigarettes altogether, with a bit of help from Nicotine gums.

I have not smoked a cigarette again.
