i have recentley got back into working out and bought some weigh protine body fortress brand .25 grams of protine per scoop and per serving the only thing that worries me is the cholesterol in it . it has 75 mg of that stuff per scoop ? im sorry for the stupid question but before i take this i want to no if it is harmfull or not?
