Is your wife going through the menopause? Some medication can cause night sweats, low blood sugar can also cause it.

Is your wife going through the menopause? I went on HRT but after scares about breast cancer I took Black Cohosh instead. It was a great help. I wish I had known about it sooner. You get it in health food shops.

I didn't need to take Black Cohosh long term. It just tided me over for a while then I didn't need anything after that.

Black cohosh, cool baths, no coffee late at night, cotton bed clothes and nightwear and no spicy food This is all some of the advice that women going through the menopause get given. Give it a try. Going down the HRT route should be a last resort. Best wishes.

i can recommend menapol plus from simply supliments on line, myself and sister inlaw take them and all other syptoms have gone and the night sweats are none existent for me and less for my sisterinlaw. i take two each night she takes 1 each morn and night ive been on them over a year no probs

hi i suffer witht he same thing due to having triplets and fter that it wrecked up my hormoners so i have hormonel tablets from the us especially sent to china as i feel sweaty and irritated. i suggest your wife has a cold shower every night and keep the windows open if that dont work consult your doctor or dont sleep with her
