just been told i have 70% stenosis of my left vertebral artery. and i might have to have stent put in. but sometimes they dont do this if it's 70% or more. forgot to mention this is at the back of my neck. symptons are dizzyness, headache, nausea. if they dont do the stent and just do nothing can this be wise. anyone out there been through this, or same. seen consultant and am waiting to see what they decide.

Hello,

Am trying to understand this, could you please tell us what tests were carried out to identify this"70% stenosis of my left vertebral artery". Do you have high cholesterol and high blood pressure? Had life line screening, there were comments in their report!, did not take any action.
