This will not be caused by high cholesterol. Relax. See a doctor if the pains don't go away.

Stomache pains can be caused by many different things! Any change in your food intake? Any heave filfing? If you think it may be cholesterol, please go for blood test. A GP visit is necessary.

There could be a myriad of reasons why you have problems with your digestive system. Food intolerances, your medication causing reactions in the gut, stress (and it sounds like you have had your fair share) or other medical problems such as an ulcer or colitis. It is definitely worth going to your GP and asking for some blood tests to find out the cause. Discuss with your dietician (if your Surgery has one) about your diet and what may be causing the problem.

Stomach or Abdominal Pain: Abdominal pain is a broad term and it can have many possible causes however if it is severe, persistent or recurring it may mean you have a medical problem that needs treatment. This pain may accompany other symptoms so it is important to keep track of these symptoms, because they will help the Consultant establish the root cause of the pain.

Many acute (short-term) and chronic (long-term) diseases cause abdominal pain.

Diseases people worry about most are:

* Appendicitis

* Gall bladder disease

* duodenal and gastric ulcers

* infections such as Helicobacter pylori

* liver disease and pancreas inflammation

* kidney stones

* diverticulitis

* cancer

There are also many other reasons for abdominal pain, poor blood circulation to the intestine.

certain skin rashes, such as shingles; food poisoning can cause severe abdominal pain.

From the above its apparent that abdominal pain can have many causes, some linked directly to the stomach and the GI tract and others not. Sometimes the cause of abdominal pain remains undetected during the initial evaluation and further tests are required.

Treatment For Stomach Pain

In many cases pain associated with the Stomach / Abdomen that is a result of specific GI issues can be simply treated. Increasingly diet and lifestyle issues are becoming more of an issue, with poor dietary intake, irregular meal times, consumption of alcohol and "fizzy" drinks all causing problems in the digestive process. Also obesity can be another contributory factor in stomach discomfort and keeping yourself active and modifying your diet may be all thats required.

I was following the instructions of two doctors for two years, first taking Simvastatin and after Pravastatin, my stomach was bloated and I had different kind of problems Insomnia, fatigue, bad taste in my mouth when I wake up in the morning and gastroesophageal reflux.

when I tried to leave the statins my cholesterol went up

until I knew about one diet of an indu cardiologist his name is Kota Reddy

youtube.com/watch?v=b-MH0JP...

No white bread, no starch in my food, no white rice, no potatos, no pizza, no beans, no sugar, no cow milk, no cheese, i started to do more workout and eat vegetables, salads, some fruits, quinoa, chia seed, flax milk, wild rice, bread of sprouted grains, plain yoguth, some cereals like granola, but no all granolas they have to much sugar, drinking a lot of water.

In one month I did my lipid panel tests, and my cholesterol levels are fine.

i couldn't believe it was true, only diet and exercises works !
