It's a funny thing isn't it, we can so easily accept and be at ease with other people and all their individual differences, but it's most difficult with ourselves! But, in knowing we can appreciate others, know that others do the same and appreciate us!

It is something to take comfort in and assist on a road to self acceptance 🩵
