Gi good morning,hope your well(or as well as can be)I've been on this site properly about 2 years now(a lot of that has been as just a sideline lurker)one I over came the initial worry etc though I'd post and see what happens,to be fair there are some absolutely amazing people on here , definitely help my journey,no judgement or looked down apon,which has made a very very shy guy like myself the confidence in sharing (at my own pace) the general things that worry or bother me ,best wishes steve

It sounds like things are very difficult for you at the moment and maybe you have been struggling with things. However, you really have taken a positive step to express openly how you feel in this community and I hope you start to build some support and connection with the members on here.

When you feel ready and able you could share a little about your story with the people here. I hope you find people here that are able to relate to what you said and connect with them and maybe other members on the forum will also be able to offer you ideas of what they did that felt helpful at times of feeling alone.
