Hello Messynessy and a very warm welcome to you, thank you for finding your way to the Changing Faces community here.
I’m sorry to hear how much you have suffered in the last years with your condition and everything that you’ve lost. This must have been incredibly hard to endure and deal with. I’m sure that some days can be particularly challenging and can feel as if you don’t have any control over what’s happening, but I can hear from what you’ve shared that you are fighting it and actively engaging with the things that could help you feel a bit better and that’s really positive.
There are members here with all different forms of visible difference and it can be surprising how much people with a different type of condition can connect with you over shared thoughts or worries.
I hope you find this a helpful and safe place to hear from others and share your thoughts and feelings.
I'm also including a link to the self-help resources page on the Changing Faces website, just in case you think it might be helpful: changingfaces.org.uk/advice...
