I know where you are coming from. My lump at the rear of my head is now the size of a cricket ball. It wasn't when I interviewed for my current role. How to approach that is going to be ......um, interesting.

So I too would be really interested to hear any tips others have.

Own job is safe enough, but I don't want to be stuck because I'm nervous of getting out there!

So I would genuinely love to hear what other approaches have taken and recommend, just as much as approaches people took only to think "well, that was rubbish!" because we can learn as much from failure just as much as from success.
