Hi, I'm new to this forum. Just been diagnosed with Rosacea. Had flare ups in the past but not like this one, very self conscious of how I look at moment.

Hello Alli845 and welcome to the Changing Faces community! Thank you for sharing about your Rosacea, it is understandable that you should feel very self-conscious about it. Any idea what might cause flare ups? There are other people here who have Rosacea and hopefully they'll see your post and offer some support.

Hi, I've been told it could be caffeine in diet Pepsi, cheese and even sunlight. Very upset as my face is a proper mess with big red blotches and spots etc. Thankyou for aking the time to reply to me.

yes Alli, sun is not good at all for rosacea, easier said than done right? wear sunscreen..try and pinpoint what triggers your flare ups, diet has lots to do with it..🙂wishing you well..
