Monday round-up

Good morning all,

I'm starting by sharing a picture of my cat Kasar, who had fun in the bathroom yesterday. (I am not sure of his genuine remorse!) He obviously didn't get the memo about toilet roll shortages!

Is anyone else being tossed around by heavy winds at the moment? It's been as extreme as I can remember since coming to live on the south coast in England, and yet there was no named weather system. Honestly does anyone ever get the weather forecasting here right, I wonder? I think it's safest to just look out of the window and whatever you are getting in the way of weather right then, is your only safe forecast!

I think there might be a few confused people around this morning after listening to the PM's speech of last night. I wouldn't care to say how right or wrong the easing of restrictions may or may not be, but I would send heartfelt wishes for everyone to continue to stay safe and stay well.

All in all the past week went OK for me. How is everyone else doing?

Oh naughty Kasar (handsome boy), bad cat! I do love him though. He looks really sorry.

Yes we have heavy winds and damage to our bedroom blind which luckily was fixable. Not nice.

Lots of confusion re PM’s speech but we’re staying home for the foreseeable future so that’s ok. I feel for others though.

Hoping this week is better than last but I doubt it somehow.

I fear you are absolutely right FredaE. It is the getting caught! But I do try to exhibit a bit of remorse if caught out, whereas Kasar? Not so much! 😃😃
