Has anyone else seen this inspirational Sikh gentleman, Rajinder Singh, from Bedfordshire. He's been featured on our local BBC news several times. At the age of 73 and already looking absolutely amazing for his age, his local Gurdwara (temple), asked if he would make a video to help his own community during the lockdown and he's become an internet sensation.
These are his words as taken from the BBC news item about him.
"Health is wealth. Do a little exercise step by step. No need to be a body-builder. I request everybody, stay home, do exercise, eat sensible and don't get upset"
What better advice for us all could there possibly be?
I hope everyone has a pleasant day and stays safe. ๐
Hi sassy59, He did make me take a look at myself and think 'wow, I could have done this so differently'. But then I had a cup of tea and a piece of cake! ๐ But it is a lovely philosophy.
I'm doing well thank you. Hubby Arlington's been out 'foraging' this morning for groceries. We're lucky here actually. Lots of supermarkets and we go short of very little. I hope that you and Pete are doing OK still, and holding up. Take care and good to hear form you. ๐
