Hi everyone

I've just discovered that I've posted something that was intended for the other forum I moderate. So sorry. Only me to blame but it must have caused a bit of confusion, so I do apologise. Of course, feel free to read it if you'd like, but it wasn't intended for you at all! I plead my own craziness as a defence! 😁

Take care everyone and I hope you are all staying safe and well!

Don’t worry about it Callendersgal. We’re all going a bit crazy I think.

Take care and stay well. Xxxx

Hi sassy59, I could have deleted it I suppose, but somehow just wanted everyone to know how crazy I am! Hope you are staying well and keeping safe! xxx

No problem at all. We’re fine thank you.

Very quiet on here isn’t it.

Stay well xxxxx

It IS quiet sassy59, and I guess it's just that the current situation is so all encompassing and scary, especially when most of us are either extra vulnerable or caring for someone else who is. It's very draining isn't it? I got a cry for help from my daughter this afternoon, as she was having a massive 'downer'. Thank goodness we seem to get them on different days. A few days ago I became ridiculously sad after watching the last episode ever of This Country which aired (at first anyway) on BBC Channel 3. I loved it, but it hardly merited my having a complete meltdown that it wouldn't ever be on again! All feelings are heightened and I dread to think what will happen in small homes full of children and trapped adults. I'm sure the divorce rate will soar, if not worse, before this is all over!

Thinking of you ladies. I think we are all doing a pretty good job of it so far. We are all allowed a tear or two. It's therapeutic.

Lots of love x

Thanks Lynd, good to hear from you and how are you and your husband managing? You're right, it's such a weird thing to be living through, that we will probably all have wobbles at one point or another. Not knowing what will happen from minute to minute is quite stressful. Tears are very therapeutic though. A great release. Please stay well, and take care of yourselves.

We are ok thanks. Up and down by mood but think we are all the same.

Strange days.

Thought about doing a diary but nothing very interesting to write.

Interesting point about the diary Lynd. What's happened to me is that I can't bear to write mine. Some Samuel Pepys I am! He faithfully recorded the Great Fire of London and the Plague, but I just have no appetite for doing it. However, I am taking a selfie of my hair every Monday, because the apocalypse of hair is going to hit fairly soon now and I want to document how I manage that! 🤣

I agree with you. I seem to be extra sensitive at the moment. I try to help everyone and need to remember me too now. But easy.

I can understand your meltdown as it was something you enjoyed. I’m looking forward to Sewing Bee.

I’m sure we will be ok but there will be ups and downs.

I feel for those alone and everyone really.

Take care xxxx

Good that we have a few things on TV that we're especially fond of. xxc
