Hi Everyone!

Well here we are again at the end of another week, how are you all doing?

This time of Advent is a time of hope and preparing for the coming of Christmas. It’s a time for family and friends to get together to share, to reminisce, to express our love for one another, and to enjoy the excitement and laughter the children bring at this time of year. It’s also a time when our thoughts turn to the loved ones that we’ve lost who are no longer with us, which can be quite difficult for many. Folks who are on their own who may be no longer have a family to go to can find this a very lonely time. For those of us who are caring for loved ones, it can also be a challenging time. But I want to encourage all of us to find some way to make this time special, to find something positive in not only our preparations but in celebrating this festive season. I encourage all of us to look out for neighbours and friends who might be on their own or in need and invite them into your celebrations.

This is my desire for you this coming week and over the festive season:

“May your week be filled with good thoughts, kind people, happy moments and unexpected blessings”.
