This heatwave carries dangers, but the warning signs are there!

Are we coming to the end of this heatwave? We certainly hope so, and I imagine our loved ones do too! Although it’s been nice to have some sun in the summer for once, there are always dangers associated with the constant high temperatures. We hope our visual can be of some help to assist with looking out for the warning signs, and feel free to add your own.

Have any of you ever had direct experience with either heat exhaustion or heatstroke?

I’ve read we have more hot weather to come so as always I make sure Pete and I stay hydrated and don’t overheat.
