Hi I desperately need advice! My mum has Alzheimer’s and has started to suffer from sun downing, every evening she forgets who my dad and I are and keeps asking to go home and gets really upset. She walks to the front door and tries to get out. She won’t listen to anyone and gets angry. Has anyone got experience of this? Any tips on coping or strategies?

Hi, it’s part of Dementia to wonder round, would it help to maybe go for a walk around the block, my dad has dementia as do I also, and when he was like that wanting to walk, my sisters or me would go for a short walk round the block.
It’s not a good time for you and I do understand but you’ve got to keep on keeping on, with it
