Well done you, fingers X for you, at least you attended the meeting even though you were nervous. That was a very big step to take, you deserve a big pat on the back.
Hi I'm new here at the presant time trying to decrease my Morphine dosage as I've been taking them for several years. As when I was younger I got knocked down by a car.
Anyway finding it difficult to cope with cause a couple of years ago my shoulder was dislocated when I had a fall. This is still very painful as like most of my joints has artherits. I've found as long as I'm occupied the pain doesn'the seem so bad. But it seems to be worse when I'm settle down to sleep at night. I think I've reorganised our home several times in my head but it does get rid of the pain. My G.P. has told me once I've been and stopped the Morphine he'll try me on another pain reliever. Some nights I sit wishing morning would come quicker. My husband sleeps like a log but wakes up if I need him during the night but I try not to disturb him cause he too needs his beauty sleep or give his brain a rest ha ha
