Hello Fuming, to get money for care needs you need to first make a claim. If you are classed as disabled or have a care need then I would suggest you ask for an assessment of needs by your local council, which can be started on line. This is not a financial assessment as such, it is an assessment of care needs but incorporates a reveiw of your finances. Of course talking to experts is a good starting point as suggested, however rules are constantly changing. Good luck.
