Can anyone give me some advice on Parkinsons Dementia, the last time we saw out consultant she told me on my own she thought mu husband has dementia from Parkinsons, added to all his other medical problems, I thought just sock it to me, his short term memory is not good at all, he can become very upset about strange things, at the moment is it HR because my gran-daughter has had recent dealings with them over a witness statement she had to make at he Hospital she works at, he can become really nasty about it, we watch a lot of same programmes on television, and if I let him he will watch things again we watch a few days ago, if tell him about it he gets very angry, the very rare occasions I have to go out, he will keep asking me about it for about ten times before I go, and them will tell me how long he thinks I should be, I want to make his life as easy as possible, with parkinsons, cancer and Epilepsy I think he has enough todeal with, my mom had front lobal dementia, but she was different, her language was terrible, her short term memory rubbish, but was was lovely just made folks laugh, I am not going to tell my husband I do not want to worry about something he can do nothing about.

Hi Lucy73, your anxieties are quite understandable. If you live in the UK you may find the Parkinson's UK charity website very useful. Here's a link to information on Parkinson related dementia:
parkinsons.org.uk/informati...
also has a Helpline: 0808 800 0303

Hope this helps. Take care.
Try Virgin Coconut Oil; you can get it from amazon.co.uk and/or Holland & Barrett. Let me know about the effects/results; there are no records/histories of making a bad situation worse.
