Ginamaggie -- Do you live in the U.K.? If so, I'm sure someone from there will tell you whom to contact. Also, ask around how you can contact a social worker. The social worker can help you plan for your mother's care and tell you what you can do to keep up your health and strength. Tell us a little about your mother and yourself.

If you are in U.K, I do suggest contacting local carers groups. These can be found through your Local authority website.

Contact the Local Authority to request talking to Adult Services to request a care assessment for yuyr mother and carer assessment for yourself. The social worker will advise on what help is available for you and any benefits you may be entitled to

You may also find different groups for your mum to attend around the area, giving you some respite.

I hope this helps
