My wife stage IV breast cancer since last 20 months has exhausted most hormone therapies.The last she was on was everolimus+ Exemestane.It worked initially.The liver met size reduced from 28mm to 15mm,but October sonography showed an increase to 24mm.I went through many researches on internet& short listed a therapy based on Artemisinin.I started giving artesunate50mg on empty stomach with butyrate capsule while continuing Everolimus+exemestane. December results showed reduction in mets to12mm.So amazed was my oncologist that he asked me to stop everolimus & continue with Artesunate for another month alongwith Exemestane.
