I don’t know what you are reading that’s scary - are you saying you should cut down on salt in your diet? That’s always a good idea, no matter what symptoms you are having.
If you are suffering from Tinnitus, then read all you can from the British Tinnitus association website. Then if you have specific questions, just post them again here.
If you suffer from dizziness, read about it on the NHS website, and again if you have a specific question then post it here.
And, ask your pharmacist if he or she can suggest anything to help with the dizziness (I take seasickness tablets if I’m having an episode )
I do wish you well, but don’t know how to answer you if you don’t ask a question.
Buddy, I'm experiencing something similar since 8 weeks.. Really tough to deal with, I completely understand. I would advice you to take a look at your life and try to slowly, steadily improve little things one by one.
youtube.com/watch?v=3foOn9Q... (Julian Cowan Hill) is a really nice person to watch in order to stop fighting tinnitus and learning to get better little by little
Edit: the balance problems, light headiness and even tinnitus can definitely fade over time or even completely go away. The human body is very strong, never lose hope and just slowly move towards progression.
2nd edit: doesn't matter if you had it for years or just weeks, it's still 100% possible, you just need to find the power within yourself. It can be hard work sometimes and feel unfair, but that's life bro.. we got to keep going and do our best
Yes!! I've had issues with sodium for years! I'm on a strict sodium diet of 1500-2000 MG of sodium per day, along with drinking lots and lots of water and a water pill. The best of luck to you..
If you have tinnitus you should avoid salt. If I have any salt I know it within a couple if hours. I live baked beans but by heck do I know I've eaten them. I read an article years ago by an Australian medic and he said to become a salt skipper and he was so right
If I go over 1,200 mgs of sodium per day my tinnitus gets louder by quite a bit, if not that day, then the next! Also, I find stress ramps my volume up for the ringing. Calm and rest and low sodium intake have all helped me.
