Tinnitus and tension

Hi not posted before. I have had tinnitus for about 8 years ent consultant couldn't find a reason for it . The passed week I have got blocked ears bit dizzy very loud tinnitus. I haven't had a cold. Saw the nurse who looked in my ears and there was no infection. Have been steaming , nose wash, and nose spray .still the same any ideas please

youtu.be/yWcL27N-His(Not working as expected?) Hi, sorry to hear yr feeling like this. I did a few months bacl and its horrible. I had chronic sinusitis and tinirus from the congestion. Fir the loud T try the above video, I found it by accident and itvreally helps. Use steaming but add either Olibus oil to the water or nenthol chrystals which help too. I get blocked ears a few dsys b4 I get a cold or sinus issues. Blocked ears can also be from stress, try to do something to try ans foeget about the T, not easy I know. Also get some rescue remedy, its herbal but a few drops help u to calm down amd relax. I also take Lavander Oil from Kalms, this has really helped me to relax. Hope this helps, hx

Hi, i cant play ot too loudly, but its supposed to fight fire with fire as it were, the nouse cancells out the T. If this one doesn't work for u checkout different sound therapy videos on youtube. Lots of them, they do help. Hxx
