Had a viros in December and ime left with post nasal drip since.had a steroid nasal spray which didn't agree with me awful side affects. I have an on going caugh which is from post nasal drip. Has anyone else had this problem..any advice much appreciated thank you .

I have a nasal wash with steriods x2 a day to relieve my congestion and help prevent infections. I do always have a runny nose for about 15 mins after but then OK. I'ts worth it to manage the congestion.
I’ve suffered from post nasal drip and the recurrent chest infections. I used neilmed nasal rinse. Make your own solution as per the nhs website. Have you tried sterimar they make a range of sprays to get the gunk moving. BTW all of this was recommended by my ENT doctor. Good luck
