My sinuses are so blocked I have gone from coughing all the time to coughing a little bit it been over two months and can’t breathe,i have Bronchiectasis should I phone the dr ?

Sorry to hear you are unwell. When this happens to me I do get an appointment and hopefully they can give you a nose spray. I also nebulise and with it it came with a nose spray piece you put saline in it and you inhale it up your nose. It totally unblocked it straight away.I hope you get something to help and hope you feel better soon x

Hi Shano nice to meet you and welcome. It is a Omicron C102 nebuliser 2 in one with nasal shower.

Sounds to me like you should phone your doctor. N the meantime you could try neilmed nasal rinse or sterimar to help clear your sinuses. Sometimes putting your head over hot water helps too.

Mine have been v bad over past few mths. I have a steroid nasal spray,antihistamine + take a decongestant,whn need to.ive been advised to inhale steam,even from a cup.whn struggling I also use a nasal rinse using boiled,cool water
