Okay to fly with a chest infection?

I have mild bronchiectasis, am due to go on holiday on Wednesday and am worried I am getting a chest infection. I hope that it's just a cough and that I can fight it off but it made me wonder if I get a chest infection whether I can fly. I also wondered if I did get one, whether I would need to seek medical advice before flying home. Thanks in advance

I think you have your answer seek medical advice before you fly.
