Hello

can anyone recommend an insurance group which deals with health issues like ours?

Just tried gocompare and they say ring up about 20 insurance groups which is listed because or my complex situation. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

I tried and tried....but ended up with cover which excludes any claim that came from my condition....bit wolly I think. Let me know if you find one.

I have been insured for the last 2 years with insureandgo. As well as AIH I have high blood pressure and asthma. I had no problem getting this insurance online without any calls from the insurance company.

I have a Black card account with NatWest and they offer travel insurance as part of the package as long as I have a recent letter from consultant to say that I am currently well - I had a transplant 16 months ago. I am sure other banks offer similar deals.

i have budd-chiari with factor v leiden , i got mine on a website called freedom which someone recommended to me. just few questions and they quoted me straight away .

A few years back, 3 years post transplant, I bought insurance to cover me in the States on a 2 month, post-graduation, road trip from AXA. I was able to buy comprehensive insurance including matters pertaining to the liver, even with the added circumstance it had been less than a year since I had had a bout of rejection. Luckily I took the insurance because I underwent another period of rejection mere months from the anticipated trip, and with consultants advice not to travel, reclaimed costs already posited.
