Normal Fibroscan, but LFTs continuing to rise

Hi,

I had a Fibroscan 4 years ago, which showed Fatty Liver (258 CAP) and 9.7kPa. Blood results suggested a biliary problem, so I had further tests, which all came back negative. Since then, I've completely overhauled my diet.

During a recent set of bloods, it was discovered that my LFTs are still rising, so I requested a repeat Fibroscan, which I had yesterday. I was very pleased with the results - 236 CAP and 3.5 kPa. Does this mean that all is definitely fine with my liver, despite LFTs continuing to rise? The Hepatology nurse thought that I would now be discharged.

Any feedback would be much appreciated, thanks!
