Hi all,Merry Christmas and all that 🙂 I hope all are doing their best to keep stable.
While I've been on my own the majority of Christmas (feeling very very unwell with a bad chest, sinus pain, sweats and chills (and nope, not gone for medical assistance yet) I'm just sleeping, eating and drinking water)
I was thinking about my diet with Cirrhosis. Does anyone have any meal cook books or ideas I could try? I love a cook book but there are a few marketed to people with liver cirrhosis but I'd rather try ones I know are worth a whirl.
Thanks all.

Happy New Year everyone. I also would like to find this type of recipe book that is for people with cirrhosis and diabetes. I am basically told i need to eat carbs for cirrhosis, and avoid carbs for diabetes. It is very confusing. My heaven would be a recipe book that doesn't include Avacardos, Garlic, coriander, of curry. I hate them with a vengeance. 😂 One thing I have learnt though is Rapeseed oil is just as (if not better) good as olive oil and a bloody lot cheaper too. The ideal book would be recipes for one person. It really anoys me when people say "oh just half the amounts" That's ok until the recipe is for six people. Have you ever tried to divide a 1/4 teaspoon by 6? 😁Take care and keep searching for a good book.
