For the passed 2 years I’ve had upper abdominal pain (but more central) I passed out a few times too. GP thought gall stones and that’s when the hemangioma was spotted. That wasn’t a concern so had an endoscopy which showed stomach ulcer so was treated for that. More recently upper abdominal discomfort and feeling full just from a cup of tea and fatigue, breathlessness. This has become a bit more frequent over the last 6 months. Had endoscopy last week all ok there so I can only assume it’s the hemangioma. Seeing the hepatobiliary dr next week but not sure what the next steps will be.
Yes, I've been having that same discomfort up right and a bit of fatigue sometimes but also rarely chills without the fever, assuming it's from the fatigue. They also assumed I had gallstones which wasn't the case. They assume it's either fnh or hemangioma.. I've had some high ggt levels as well but all other liver enzymes including tumour markers seem normal.
About 9cm however, normally you shouldn't do anything unless it causes major health problems from what I understand. Have you done mri with contrast to confirm it?
