I was going to reply to that post to say something similar, but also could not. It looks as if the thread was closed to new replies, possibly by the site moderators. If that is the case I have no idea what could have been controversial about it, but ours is not to reason why.

You will get the energy, I used to sleep every afternoon. For 3 hours watching Police Interceptors.In the early days its genuinely 80 % diet.

My liver had a CAP of 345 at one point which meant is was almost all fat.

As this reduced my energy increased my diabetes score went from 48 to 40

Once you have the energy the exercise comes easy believe me
