I'm just curious. Help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
I've given up sugar now for 3 days. Which will help a lot. I'm eating more pork, turkey and chicken and lots of veggies and fruits.
Any supplements that will help? Cheers

There are no supplements proven to support or improve the liver.
Plenty of lean protein, dairy, fruits and vegetables. Exercise, but gently and build up. NO ALCOHOL. Simple, straightforward.
Do not take any over the counter non medically prescribed supplements whatsoever as a lot of these so called liver friendly stuff contain lots of things in them that are toxic to the liver and who knows, maybe toxic to other organs too.
A healthy balanced diet is the best way forward, but I’d also seek some medical clarification and maybe some dietary and nutrition advice from an expert too because some foods that are good for you in general may not exactly be good for your liver or good for you if you’re in certain medications.
For example milk thistle is meant to be great for the liver, however my own hep doctor said yeah in it’s naturally bud/leaf form, not packaged in some lab made capsule bonded by all kinds of dangerous toxins and allergens.
Good luck and take care.
