iron infusion ..

Hi All,

My mum has portal hypertension NALD. And GAVE ( watermelon stomach ) her bloods are down to 66 , has been taken In This week for an iron infusion , and one next Monday … but should my mum be taking oral iron tablets after her infusion .. thanks again for all your help and support !

That's a question for her doctors after they've reassessed her iron levels.
