Don't feel the same after

Hi all , had my gallbladder out in July. Had pain , had ultrasound all normal. Then the cramping & constipation began. I'm on month 5 got pain left hand side last week all week , went for another ultrasound, this time all.normal but liver is on the upper limit of normal in size. Dr said I'm ok ut I don't like the sound of it? Is this bad? Does no gallbladder give you liver problems?
