If you have cirrhosis it's much more likely the cause is the fact you are (or were) 140 pounds overweight than its stress related.

Your Dr's have diagnosed fatty liver, did they say its progressed to cirrhosis or are you anxious and assuming it's cirrhosis?

Guessing you mean Sertraline, that's an antidepressant normaly prescribed for anxiety.

It won't treat cirrhosis.
