normal tests/high anxiety

I drink more than what is considered healthy maybe 21-25 drinks a week. I have since stopped as I am concerned about liver health. Had a pain in my abdomen that moved to intermittent pain on my right side. I have had labs, ultrasound, and fibroscan all come back normal. My side pain according to liver doctor could also be anxiety. What else could be causing the right side pain?
