Not asking for diagnosis- just ideas

I am so happy, my last bloods have come back normal (I had a full blood work, not just liver function) this is the first time in years it is normal BUT very high reading indeed for Erythrocite Sedimentation - normal is 1-15, mine is 70. This suggests I have an infection somewhere but I am quite well apart from the usual very painful feet and an occasionally "grumbly" pancreas. COVID tests have always been negative. Iam seeing the GP on Monday. Any idea what I should ask/tell? Has anyone else with cirrhosis had this result?
