Hi I have NAFLD and Cirrhosis but it's compensated, I have a chesty cough what cough medicines can I take

Probably best to avoid cough medicines full stop. Some honey and lemon juice in hot water is a good alernative but if you're really chesty maybe you need to see doctor.

A pharmacist will be able to assist with 'safe' medicine guidance.
