Confession time with a light hearted ending 🐈

Well I've been over 11 years sober in February and not been on here for a while.

So in my days of drinking I used to live with my ex girlfriend who lived in a ground floor flat, and she had a couple of cats, and this stray tom cat kept on jumping in the window and having its wicked way with her female cat.

Well it ended up being pregnant, but it still carried on jumping in, so i closed the window and trapped this stray tom cat 🐈 and in my drunken stupor marched down to the vets explained that it's a stray and would they remove his wedding tackle, or his crown jewels 🀣 anyway the vet opened the carrier and then his assistant said, that's not a stray cat , that's my neighbours cat!!!

Well she went on the phone to him and immediately said can he get his cat castrated, yes the proper word this time 🀣 Well it all went ahead, the owner cat got his back, and guess what, he also had a kitten from the litter, but the best part about this story is that I didn't realise that I had ever done this until I bumped into an old neighbour a couple of weeks ago, my brain was totally frazzled with alcohol who had spoken to my ex partner at the time , boy, the things we can do under the influence of the demon drink, I never even knew about this until a couple of weeks ago, I didn't know whether to laugh, cry, or say is the cat still alive, totally embarrassed, thanks if you managed to read it all πŸ€—πŸ˜‡

We parted on best of terms, I needed to get my drinking under control and because she also was a drinker I managed to get my own place I've been sober for 11 years my story with drinking has not been just around her i might hasten , its been a long story prior to that πŸ™„
