Breakthrough in race to cure fatty liver disease that could also cut risk of Alzheimer’s and depression

Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) can bring about behavioural changes and bring about low levels of oxygen in brain tissue. This is turn can bring about conditions of confusion, restlessness, difficulty breathing, rapid heart rate, and bluish skin.

Thanks Richard, interesting research which acknowledges the difficulty of losing weight and the fact that even slender people can have a fatty liver. Good to know that progress is being made on finding a cure.
